At FootHealth.com we stand firmly behind our product.  We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Our team is here to resolve all of your issues and concerns in a timely manner.  Our typical turnaround time is 1-3 business days for processing of your requests.

Returns are accepted for unworn merchandise purchased at list price for up to 30 days from the dare of purchase.  All items must be in original packaging and shipped in a safe manner.

All products on sale are final sale.

We've got you covered, we offer free exchanges and replacements!  To initiate your exchange process please contact us at exchanges@foothealth.com.

Exchanges or replacements are eligible only on orders within the first 30 days from the date the order placed.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for exchange process to be completed.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations or order modifications on final sale products.

Please do not ship products back prior to speaking with our team.  Our shipping location's will vary depending on the product and the destination the order was initially delivered to.  For this reason we ask that you please speak with our team to be provided the correct location for exchange.
