Directions: With the comfort-zone indentation area facing upward, position each Pedifix GelStep Heel Cushion in the heel area of your shoes. Step into each shoe, making sure you maintain the position of each Pedifix GelStep Heel Cushion as you put on the footwear. Reposition cushions as needed. If necessary, use scissors to carefully trim the Pedifix GelStep Heel Cushions to best fit your shoe size.
Care: Hand wash Pedifix GelStep Heel Cushions with warm water and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly. Press each Pedifix GelStep Heel Cushion flat in a clean towel to remove excess moisture, then air dry completely, away from direct heat and sunlight, before reuse. If gel becomes tacky, sprinkle some talcum powder on it.
