Use them alone, or for an even more intensive treatment, use with a heel or foot balm or moisturizer. One size fits most.

FEATURES
Directions: Pull on each Pedifix Visco Gel Heel-So-Smooth Heel Sleeve gently and make sure the moisture zone covers the heel area. Wear your Pedifix Visco Gel Heel-So-Smooth Heel Sleeves at least three times per week while you rest. (We do not recommend wearing the product in footwear.) After several uses, your heels should be softer and have fewer cracks. Moisturizing properties of Visco-GEL may last up to three months.
Care: Hand wash Pedifix Visco Gel Heel-So-Smooth Heel Sleeves in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Press flat in towel to remove excess moisture. Air dry completely before reuse. If gel become tacky, sprinkle with talcum powder. Store your Pedifix Visco Gel Heel-So-Smooth Heel Sleeves in a cool place when not in use.
