Shipping:Shipping PolicyFootHealth.com ships to all 50 states via Ground Transportation for a flat fee of $8.95, unless otherwise indicated. Orders $70 or more ship FREE. Orders usually ship within 2 business days following the date of your order, and typically arrive in 6-10 business days. FootHealth.com does not currently ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Multiple AddressesFootHealth.com does not currently allow shipping to multiple addresses. If you need to ship to more than one address, please place additional orders as needed.
International ShippingFootHealth.com does not currently ship to addresses outside of the U.S.

Returns/ Exchanges:If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days. Please contact customer service if you would like to return your order:

Returned packages must be properly packaged to avoid damage when in transit. Returned merchandise must be returned in original manufacturers’ packaging, unopened, unmarked, unused and in resalable condition. Please include your receipt with each return. Once we receive your return, your card will be credited with the appropriate purchase amount.
If you want to exchange your item, please indicate the new size or color needed in your return shipment.
