The Bauerfeind ValguLoc Hallux Valgus Splint is anatomically contoured, specifically for the right or left foot, and its simple construction ensures easy on/ off. Velcro fastening allows infinitely variable adjustment of the correction pressure.
The Bauerfeind ValguLoc Hallux Valgus Splint should be worn without shoes and is not suitable for walking. The application of small forces bring the big toe into correct axial alignment. The Bauerfeind ValguLoc Hallux Valgus Splint helps correct bunions according to the 3-point principle and stretches shortened parts of the capsule and soft tissues. Postoperative loss of correction (e.g. due to scar formation), can be avoided, and the splinting helps protect the big toe from mechanical forces.

Wear the Bauerfeind ValguLoc Hallux Valgus Splint without a shoe when foot is not placed under load. Sizing:
Small: Women's shoe size up to 5.5, Men's shoe size up to 5.
Medium: Women's shoe size 6-9, Men's shoe size 5-8.
Large: Women's shoe size 9.5-13, Men's shoe size 8.5-12.
